Умови та положення програми кешбеку TransferGo
Ці Умови та Положення регулюють Програму кешбеку TransferGo (надалі називається “Програма”), яку пропонує TransferGo Limited (надалі називається “TransferGo”).
Правила участі
1. Програма відкрита для осіб віком 18 років та старших, які є зареєстрованими користувачами TransferGo.
2. Програма застосовується лише до першої транзакції користувача TransferGo.
Пропозиція кешбеку
1. Користувачі, які відправляють 140 євро або більше в Україну (на рахунок отримувача відкритий в одній із фінансових установ України) у своїй першій транзакції з TransferGo, матимуть право отримати кешбек у розмірі 10 євро або еквівалент (див. таблицю нижче).
2. Кешбек у 10 євро буде зараховано користувачеві протягом 10 робочих днів після завершення кваліфікаційної транзакції.
3. Кешбек у 10 євро буде відправлено на ту саму картку або банківський рахунок, який користувач використовував для здійснення своєї першої транзакції.
4. Кешбек буде відправлено в тій же валюті, що і кваліфікований переказ, еквівалентний 10 євро. Ці еквівалентні суми можна знайти тут і вони не підлягають коливанням валютного курсу:

Кваліфікаційна транзакція
1. Щоб мати право на кешбек, сума транзакції має бути більше ніж 140 євро або еквівалент.
2. Транзакція повинна бути міжнародною транзакцією з Європи до України (країною відправлення вважається країна, в якій відкрито рахунок відправника, з якого були внесені кошти для переказу), в іншу валюту та до іншої особи.
3. Отримувачем має бути особа, яка знаходиться в Україні та отримує кошти на банківський рахунок відкритий установою в Україні, а також не сам відправник.
Виключення
1. Цю пропозицію не можна використовувати разом з будь-якою іншою промоційною пропозицією або знижкою.
2. Тільки одна пропозиція кешбеку доступна для кожного користувача, незалежно від кількості або вартості здійснених транзакцій.
Загальні умови:
1. TransferGo залишає за собою право змінювати, призупиняти або припиняти Програму в будь-який час без попереднього повідомлення.
2. TransferGo залишає за собою право дискваліфікувати будь-якого користувача, який бере участь у Програмі, якщо він підозрюється у шахрайській діяльності або зловживанні.
3. Користувачі погоджуються, що рішення TransferGo щодо будь-якого аспекту Програми є остаточним і обов’язковим.
4. Беручи участь у Програмі, користувачі погоджуються дотримуватися цих Умов та Положень.
5. Ці Умови та Положення регулюються та тлумачаться відповідно до законів Англії та Уельсу.
6. Будь-які спори, що виникають з приводу або у зв’язку зі Програмою, підлягають виключній юрисдикції судів Англії та Уельсу.
Беручи участь у Програмі, користувачі визнають, що вони прочитали, зрозуміли та погоджуються дотримуватися цих Умов та Положень.
TransferGo Cashback terms (English)
These Terms and Conditions govern the TransferGo Cashback Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”) offered by TransferGo Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TransferGo”).
Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, who are registered users of TransferGo.
2. The Promotion is applicable only to the user’s very first transaction with TransferGo.
Cashback Offer
1. Users who send 140 euros or more to Ukraine (the recipient’s account is opened in one of the financial institutions of Ukraine) in their first transaction with TransferGo will be eligible to receive a cashback of 10 euros or equivalent (see table below).
2. The 10 euro cashback will be credited to the user within 10 business days from the completion of the qualifying transaction.
3. The 10 euro cashback will be sent to the same card or bank account that the user employed to make the transaction.
4. The cashback will be sent in the same currency as the Qualifying Transfer, equivalent to 10 euro. These equivalent amounts can be found here and are not subject to foreign exchange fluctuations:

Qualifying Transaction
1. To qualify for the cashback, the transaction amount must be equivalent to 140 euros or more (see table above.)
2. The transaction must be an international transaction from Europe to Ukraine (the country of origin is the country in which the sender’s account was opened and from which the funds were deposited for the transfer), in another currency and to another person.
3. The recipient must be a person, who is located in Ukraine (receives funds to a bank account which is opened by a financial institution of Ukraine), and who is not the same person as the sender is.
Exclusions
1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
2. Only one cashback offer is available per user, regardless of the number or value of transactions made.
General Terms:
1. TransferGo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. TransferGo reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in the Promotion if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
3. Users agree that TransferGo’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion shall be final and binding.
4. By participating in the Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
6. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By participating in the Promotion, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
